Privacy Policy
Effective November 4, 2026
1. Who we are
GHL Ninja, a Series of Attention Properties LLC ("GHL Ninja," "we," or "us"), operates ghl.ninja, its pages and forms, the GHL Ninja and Ninja Operators communities, the weekly calls, and the tools and downloads we provide to members. This policy explains what personal information we handle, why, and the choices you have. Contact us at hello@ghl.ninja.
GHL Ninja is an independent HighLevel affiliate. HighLevel is a separate company. Your HighLevel account, billing and the information you give HighLevel are covered by HighLevel's own privacy policy, not this one.
2. Information we handle
- What you give us: your name, email address, how you joined HighLevel, and anything else you enter in our forms, community profile, posts, messages or support requests.
- Referral information: to check that your HighLevel account was referred by GHL Ninja, we use the information HighLevel's affiliate program reports to us, such as the referred account's name or email, plan, subscription status, and whether a commission was credited or reversed.
- Member and tool information: community and course activity, accounts we open for you in our tools, license keys and the sites they are activated on, and the details needed to provide leads to you.
- Call recordings: weekly calls are recorded. If you join a call, your name, voice, video, chat messages and anything you share on screen may be recorded and posted for members.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, referring pages, and cookie or similar identifiers.
Please don't send us passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information through our forms or community.
3. How we use information
We use information to verify referrals and open, maintain or end your access; to run the community, courses and calls; to issue and manage tool accounts and license keys; to deliver leads from the Attention Network to your CRM; to send you messages about your access, lessons and updates; to provide support; to keep our services secure and prevent abuse; to understand how the site is used and improve it; and to meet legal obligations.
We may send marketing emails about GHL Ninja. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Messages about your access or account may still be sent.
4. When we share information
- Service providers that host the site, community and CRM, send email, host videos, issue licenses, and provide security and support, only as needed to provide those services.
- Our affiliated companies that operate the tools and the Attention Network, so they can provide your accounts and lead delivery.
- HighLevel's affiliate program, only as needed to confirm or resolve a referral.
- Other members, when you post in the community or appear in a call recording.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, sale or similar business transaction.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We don't currently send text messages from this site. If we add text messaging, we will ask for your consent separately, and no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Referral links and cookies
When you click one of our HighLevel links, HighLevel and its affiliate-tracking provider may set cookies so the referral is credited to us. Those cookies are governed by HighLevel's policies. Our own site may use cookies and similar technologies for core functions, security and basic analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, although some features may stop working. We honor legally recognized opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where the law requires.
6. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Claim and referral records are kept while your access is active and for a reasonable time after it ends, to resolve questions and meet accounting and legal requirements. When access ends, we remove your member and tool access. Call recordings stay in the member library until we remove them. Copies in backups are deleted as backups cycle out.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards for the information we handle, but no website or storage system is completely secure. Tell us at hello@ghl.ninja if you suspect a problem.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to a use of it, by emailing hello@ghl.ninja. We may need to verify your identity first. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or European and UK data-protection law, including the right to complain to a regulator. We won't treat you differently for using your rights. Deleting your information may end your access to the community and the stack.
9. International visitors
We are based in the United States, and we and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards for international transfers.
10. Children
GHL Ninja is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes and contact
We will post changes here with a new effective date, and tell members about significant changes.
