Terms of Use

Effective November 5, 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to ghl.ninja, its pages and forms, the GHL Ninja and Ninja Operators communities, the weekly calls, and the tools, downloads and leads we provide (together, "GHL Ninja"). GHL Ninja is operated by GHL Ninja, a Series of Attention Properties LLC ("we" or "us"). By using GHL Ninja, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18. If you use GHL Ninja for a business, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.

2. We are an independent HighLevel affiliate

GHL Ninja is not owned, sponsored or endorsed by HighLevel. When you start or upgrade HighLevel through our links, HighLevel may pay us a commission. Your HighLevel subscription is between you and HighLevel. HighLevel's terms, prices, trials and billing apply to it, and we cannot change them, issue HighLevel refunds or provide HighLevel's support.

3. Free content

Lessons, articles, videos and free downloads are for education. They are provided as is and are not legal, tax, financial or professional advice. Check that anything you build for clients meets the laws and platform rules that apply to them.

4. Getting the stack

The member benefits described on the site (the community, courses, snapshots, knowledge packs, agents, plugins, tools, leads and weekly calls, together "the stack") are available only to people whose qualifying HighLevel subscription or upgrade is credited to a GHL Ninja referral.

  • Claim access using the email address on your HighLevel account. We verify the referral before opening access and may decline a claim we cannot verify.
  • Access continues only while that subscription stays active and credited to GHL Ninja. It ends if the subscription is cancelled, downgraded below a qualifying plan, refunded, moved to another affiliate, or the commission is reversed.
  • When access ends, community and course access, tool accounts, license keys and lead eligibility stop. License keys expire on their own.
  • We may add, change or retire parts of the stack. The stack has no cash value.

5. How you may use the stack

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license while your access is active:

  • Agency tools and website snapshots (Attention Relay, NBoxed, Attention License Server, and the agency and SaaS website snapshots) are for running your own agency.
  • Build assets (snapshots, AttentionWP plugins, knowledge packs, knowledgebases and the Agent Library) may be used to serve your own clients. Each AttentionWP plugin license covers up to 1,000 client sites.
  • You may not resell, white-label, sublicense, share, publish or distribute the stack or any part of it, or use it to build a competing product or library.

We and our licensors keep all rights in the stack. Your own data and your clients' data stay yours.

6. Leads from the Attention Network

Active members are eligible for free leads from the Attention Network. We do not promise any number, quality or value of leads, and lead volume depends on your market and network activity. We track whether leads are contacted, and leads that are not contacted promptly may be withdrawn and reassigned. You are responsible for contacting leads lawfully, including consent requirements for calls, texts and emails. Lead eligibility ends when your access ends.

7. No guarantee of results

We make no promises about income, clients or business results. What you earn depends on your own work, skills, market and many factors outside our control.

8. AI agents and knowledge packs

AI agents and knowledge packs are starting points. Test them before going live, review what they say, and give your clients' customers any disclosures the law requires, including for call recording and AI use. You are responsible for how you configure and deploy them.

9. Community and calls

Be respectful. Don't spam, solicit members, post anything unlawful or infringing, or share member-only content or recordings outside the community. Weekly calls are recorded and posted for members; by joining a call, you agree to be recorded. We may remove posts or members who break these rules.

10. Third-party services

HighLevel, WordPress, hosting providers and other third-party services you use are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

11. Disclaimers

GHL Ninja and the stack are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that GHL Ninja will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to GHL Ninja is limited to $100. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from claims arising out of your use of the stack with your clients, your contact with leads, or your breach of these terms.

14. Ending access

You may stop using GHL Ninja at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if your referral lapses. Sections 5 (rights we keep), 7, 11, 12, 13 and 15 continue after access ends.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Missouri. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving St. Louis County, Missouri, unless the law requires otherwise.

16. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new effective date. Significant changes for members will be announced in the community. Questions: hello@ghl.ninja.
